The first step in the CRUxMethod is to engage local creators and amplify their work, within their own communities.
If you truly believe in the creators, as well as the things that are important to them - Then you'll actively support on a consistent basis.
Working with creators and their local communities to be a consistent friend and resource.
When you seek real influence, it goes beyond large events, social following's and big names.
Supporting the local event curator, DJ or community organizer, can go a lot further than grand gestures of support.
Really be there. For real people.

Don't Assume.
There is inherently a common thread between what you offer, and the Rising Generations you're looking to reach.
That thread leads to a story that goes beyond the generic calls to action, recap videos, and free samples.
Find the real story. (Hint: it comes from real creators, real people)
Nothing can stay stagnant. Everything must grow. You are tasked with growing your companies bottom line.
But have you ever thought about what helps your consumer base grow as individuals?
It can be as easy as showing them ways to stay healthy or creating opportunities for them to learn a skill.
As we've seen, assumptions about what strategy resonates, which influencers make a real impact, and what your consumers care about - never goes well.
Ask the right questions, to as many of the right people as possible. Data helps you understand actions, but not the motivation behind it.
